Neu Software LLC
Terms of Service
The rules for using Overbrilliant, OB-1, and related hosted services from Neu Software LLC.
Who these terms cover
These Terms of Service are between you and Neu Software LLC. They apply when you use Overbrilliant, OB-1, our website, hosted APIs, billing flows, account pages, documentation, downloads, and support channels.
If you use Overbrilliant for a company or another organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
The service
OB-1 is a coding agent and developer tool. It can read project context, create or edit files when you allow it, run commands, use configured tools, and route requests to model or search providers through hosted services.
Some features may be free, experimental, usage-limited, or only available on paid plans. We may change, suspend, or remove features as the product evolves.
Accounts, tokens, and security
You are responsible for the accounts, devices, repositories, API tokens, CLI tokens, and credentials you use with Overbrilliant. Keep them secure and revoke access if you believe they are compromised.
Do not share credentials, bypass access controls, overload the service, or attempt to access another user's data or workspace.
Your code and content
You keep ownership of the code, prompts, files, repository context, logs, and other content you provide. You grant Neu Software LLC the rights needed to process that content only to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
You are responsible for reviewing generated output before using it. AI-generated code can be incomplete, insecure, incorrect, or subject to third-party rights.
Plans, credits, and payment
Paid plans may use credits, usage limits, model routing, or other plan controls. Prices, included credits, and plan benefits may change, but changes will not reduce paid access during the current billing period unless required for security, abuse prevention, or legal reasons.
Payments and subscription management may be handled by Stripe. Taxes, chargebacks, failed payments, cancellations, and renewals are handled according to the checkout terms shown at purchase.
Acceptable use
You may not use Overbrilliant to violate law, infringe rights, compromise systems, generate malware, exfiltrate secrets, abuse third-party services, or interfere with the service for others.
We may suspend or limit access to protect users, systems, providers, or Neu Software LLC.
Open-source software
Parts of OB-1 may be distributed under open-source licenses. Those licenses govern the open-source code they cover. These terms govern hosted services, accounts, paid plans, websites, and other Neu Software LLC services.
Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Neu Software LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Neu Software LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.
