Acceptable Use Policy

The behavior we do not allow on Overbrilliant, especially where code, automation, agents, models, or search are involved.

Core rule

Use Overbrilliant for legitimate software work. Do not use it to harm people, compromise systems, evade security controls, violate law, or abuse shared infrastructure.

Prohibited activity

  • Creating, modifying, deploying, or hiding malware, credential theft, phishing, ransomware, botnets, exploit kits, or persistence mechanisms.
  • Accessing systems, data, accounts, repositories, or networks without authorization.
  • Generating or distributing content that infringes intellectual property, violates privacy, or enables illegal activity.
  • Scraping, probing, load testing, or reverse engineering the service in a way that disrupts or bypasses protections.
  • Reselling, multiplexing, or sharing access in a way that avoids plan limits or provider limits.
  • Uploading secrets, regulated personal data, or third-party confidential data unless you have the right and safeguards to do so.

Enforcement

We may throttle, suspend, terminate, or investigate activity that appears to violate this policy. We may also remove content, revoke tokens, or report activity when legally required or necessary to protect the service.
